CABINS COMING IN APRIL 2008!
Northern
Pines features five all new, fully-furnished housekeeping cabins
(with three of them located just a few steps from the water's
edge). A four unit lodge is also available. All
accommodations boast wonderful views of Butternut Lake.
One, two, and three bedroom units are available for you to
enjoy the comforts of home. Each unit is equipped with a
gas stove, gas heat, refrigerator, shower and a screened
porch; however, motel units 9 & 10 do not have a screened
porch. For your convenience we provide bed linens,
cooking utensils, silverware, dinnerware, glasses, pots, pans,
electric can openers, coffeemakers, microwaves, TVs, and toasters. Cabin
Five also includes a washer & dryer.
Outside each cabin we provide a charcoal grill, picnic table,
and resin lawn chairs. All you need to bring with you
are bath towels, toiletries, soap, and personal
belongings.
Our resort boasts a level, sandy beach where
you can sun and relax while your children swim or have fun at
the children's play area. Our lakeside fire pit is a
popular spot for evening gatherings, where you can roast
marshmallows and exchange stories about the one that got
away. Test your skill at our horseshoe pits or on the
sand volleyball court. We also have 14' aluminum fishing
boats available at no additional charge, as well as a
fish-house to clean your catch. Northern Pines has a private boat launch and two
docks if you choose to bring your own boat. There is
also a gas pump on the property for your convenience.
To
enhance the resort's peaceful atmosphere, telephones are not provided in the cabins. You can join
us in the lounge to make local phone calls, or you
may want to bring your cell phone with you.
During
the summer season, our cabins and lodge units are rented by
the week only, from Saturday to Saturday (with the exception
of our one room motel units). The summer season runs
from Memorial Day through the Labor Day weekend. During
the off-season, we rent our cabins on a nightly basis with a
two night minimum stay.

Check-in time
is 3:00 p.m
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
A $100 deposit
is required to guarantee your reservation and is due 7 days
after the reservation is made. The balance is due upon
arrival. If cancellation is necessary, please inform us
a minimum of 30 days prior to your arrival date. If we
are able to fill your vacancy, we will refund your deposit;
otherwise, the deposit will be nonrefundable. Visa and
Mastercard are accepted. Checks should be made payable
to Northern Pines Resort.
Pets are not
allowed with the exception of bird dogs during the fall
season.
